Invest just 35 minutes to strengthen and grow muscles from the comfort of your own home.

Complete beginners are very welcome. Often the beginners reap the most benefits when they first start regularly exercising.


About Group Session

- 35 min Weight Training

- Minimum equipment: A mat and a chair

- Online Streaming Platform: WelcomeFit. All exercises are explained with demo videos. You can easily follow along while I provide real-time instruction.

- Maximum 6 students per class. Students cannot see / hear each other for privacy.

- 4 different workouts each week.  New workouts every 4 weeks. 


Referrals: If your friend purchases a membership, you get a 10% discount code.


Pricing at the bottom of the page. Monthly Unlimited Subscription is the most cost effective if you take more than 11 classes out of maximum 16 classes you can take per month.

Online 1-on-1 (or Small Group) Custom Training

This service is a good fit for someone who wants more customized online live training, guidance, and feedback. Equivalent to real-life 1-on-1 personal training. I prepare a program based on your specific goals, availability (35min or 60min), space and equipments.⁣ I can recommend what type of home training equipments you can purchase if you're interested.


All exercises are explained with demo videos so you can easily follow along while I provide real-time instruction and form feedback to you.

Online Monthly Programming

This service is a good fit for someone who is self-driven and committed to do the assigned workouts on their own (either at home or at the gym) but still want to receive form check and feedback. I review each and every workout completed by you, so you'll still be held accountable to consistently getting your workouts in. This program comes at a much lower price point compared to 1-on-1 live online training.


INCLUDES:
(1) Client Intake Form completed by you so I can learn your medical history, your goals, exercise history, current activity level, current diet, preference on types of workout, available equipments and space. 

(2) Customized 4-week training program

(3) Exercise demo videos for every workout

(4) Access to a training app with your workout calendar and a place to upload your workout results and videos of you performing the exercises so I can provide feedback. I review each and every workout.

(5) All of your progress (body weights / photos / exercise history) tracked within the app

(6) Check-ins / Q&A via a chat room within the app

In-Person 1-on-1 (or Small Group) Personal Training for NYC Clients

If we train at your own gym (residential / commercial), there will be no extra charge.


If we train at a private boutique gym in NYC, they'll charge you anywhere from $25-$40 rental fee per session. They typically charge less for bulk packages so let's go over your options based on how often you would like to train in-person.
