Oh yes, me too!
Wanting to look aesthetically more appealing (whatever your "ideal" beauty standard may be) is a completely valid reason to exercise.
I mean... who doesn't want to improve their body and look good? As your personal trainer I will listen closely to your goals and offer realistic / practical ways to get you there.
Physical results such as weight loss / muscle gains are great. But in my own honest experience, resistance training brings out the best mental strength in me. Confidence, pride, trust in my own strength and willpower more than ever before in all aspects of my life. (Not just on the gym floor)
Also looking at my round and strong butt in the mirror puts a big smile on my face. Simple as that. You should feel that too.
You will learn how to lose weight while gaining muscles (with a strategic diet I can help you implement). Your heart and bones will get stronger. You will become better at running, hiking, snowboarding, surfing, jumping around with your dog, playing your favorite sports, because you will improve the overall strength, endurance, and body awareness from resistance training. Oh, did I mention the mental health benefits?
